We only accept properties that is in good condition to ensure satisfied customer .We know the market and we adjust the rent constantly on our properties to meet supply and demand and maximize the income for the owners.

We advertise on all major rental sites as well as on our own website.

Doesnt matter if you want to rent you property all year around or just some period of times when you are not there. Eighter way we try to maximize your income for the weeks its being rented.

We only charge commission on the rent collected, Normally 20% excl spanish VAT.

We take care of everything from taking photos,list the property, keep all contact with the guests. Welcome them on arrival, most of the times we put in a small welcome present like 2 bottle of wines, that make the guest feel very welcome and does a first good impression.

We scan all quests Passports before or on arrival and send to Police according to regulations.

We are availible 24h during the guests stay in case they have questions or need help with anything.

We check them out at departure to make sure all is fine, then we have check we send them the deposit back if applicable.

Before we list the property you as the homeowner decide if there should be any restrictions of who to rent to like age, number of guests, purpose of stay, min length, price etc.
